Hidden Secret Garden

This garden was designed for a couple with an exclusive taste. Their space was surrounded by elegant antique furniture and art. They wanted a simple and elegant garden.
I created a romantic garden, hidden from immediate view that was inspired by the natural beauty of English country gardens. Its intimacy and appeal to the senses spoke to the client's wishes. With its lovely pond and gentle flowing water, this secret garden bestows a sense of tranquility and seclusion.
The large flower beds of white and purple color palette were chosen to soften the existing hard landscape. Fragrance was key to the garden, composed of white roses, lavender, white geranium, and alyssum. The peaceful green color and structural foliage of the hosta, brunera, and native ginger plants meant to soothe the eye.
This particular garden was opened for the general public viewing during the event “Hidden Secret Westmount Gardens”.
